As Demand for Authentic Hunting Experiences Grows, Hartland Whitetails Expands With 3D Archery Range and Membership Program
Hartland Whitetails, a family-operated Kansas outfitter, will add an outdoor 3D archery range and membership program by the end of 2026, owner Harry Franklin said.
NEOSHO RAPIDS, Kan. — September 10, 2026 — With hunters across the country increasingly seeking out private-land experiences that blend skill development with responsible wildlife stewardship, Hartland Whitetails, a family-operated hunting outfitter based in Neosho Rapids, Kansas, is expanding its facilities with an outdoor 3D archery range and a membership program, owner Harry Franklin said. The company expects the range and membership program to be operational by the end of 2026.
The outfitter offers guided whitetail and turkey hunts on private land. Whitetail hunts are available in archery, muzzleloader, and rifle seasons. Guided turkey hunts are also offered. Each trip includes lodging and guidance from staff. The company manages agricultural fields, mature woodlands, and river bottom habitat to support whitetail deer and hybrid turkeys.
The planned 3D archery range is designed to simulate hunting scenarios in an outdoor setting. It will be available to members and is intended to provide practice for experienced archers and an introduction for new shooters.
Hartland Whitetails limits the number of overlapping hunting parties. The outfitter offers services for hunters of various skill levels, from trophy pursuits to family outings. In addition to guided hunts, the company provides lodging and is developing the archery range membership.
Franklin said the ranch is managed with a focus on conservation and ethical hunting. "Our family's purpose has always been to care for the land, honor God's blessings, and welcome every hunter with experiences they will proudly remember for generations," Franklin said.
