Valet Parking Operators Face Unpredictable Vehicle Volume, Prompting ValeKit to Publish Full Pricing Details

ValeKit has announced a public pricing policy for its valet parking platform, disclosing plan costs, usage limits and overage charges as operators seek predictable monthly software expenses.

Singapore, October 9, 2026. Valet parking operators work in an environment where vehicle volume swings sharply with events, seasons and public holidays. A site may handle a small number of vehicles on a weekday and several times that number during a wedding or a concert. That variation makes monthly software costs difficult for operators to forecast, and it is the backdrop to an announcement from ValeKit, a software provider for valet parking operations.

ValeKit has announced a public pricing policy for its platform. Under the policy, the company discloses the cost of each subscription plan, the usage limits attached to each plan and the charges that apply when an operator exceeds those limits. The company has listed this information on its pricing page, where it can be viewed without a sales enquiry.

The announcement concerns operators that run valet parking at hotels, restaurants, event venues, airports and residential buildings, as well as independent valet companies that serve several sites. The company said the policy is intended to let these operators estimate costs before they commit to a subscription.

The policy has three parts. The first part is plan disclosure. ValeKit offers three subscription plans, which are billed monthly in US dollars. Each plan is defined by the number of locations, the number of team members and the number of tickets per month that an operator requires.

The second part covers usage beyond a plan's limits. An operator that exceeds its monthly ticket allowance keeps access to the software for the rest of the billing period. The additional tickets and text messages are billed afterward at a per-unit rate, which the company states in advance for each plan.

The third part covers payment handling. When a guest pays for parking by card, the payment is processed through a Stripe account that belongs to the operator, and the funds are paid to the operator. ValeKit charges the operator a fixed fee for each card transaction.

ValeKit's software is used by valet teams to check vehicles in, record where each vehicle is parked and manage requests for retrieval. Managers use a web dashboard to set up locations, staff and parking rates and to review reports. Guests receive a web link by text message, which shows the status of their vehicle and allows them to request it for pickup.

The policy takes effect this month. ValeKit is operated by Flowlyn Labs Pte. Ltd, which is registered in Singapore.
