The event will feature a rematch between Yvette Aguaristi and Danielle Downen, following their split-decision bout on September 19, 2026, at the Mission Peak Sports Plex in Fremont, California.

The September bout, officiated by Anthony Aurellio, Jordan Balcita, Lynda Chuhawat, and John Tole, ended in a split decision victory for Downen. The rematch is scheduled as part of a card that combines amateur MMA and Muay Thai bouts under a partnership between CCFC and NMFC.
